Seth - Owner and Comfort Specialist
I originally founded America's Best Heating and Air Conditioning with a dream to provide the greater Puget Sound area with an outstanding heating and air conditioning company. I am happily married and have two fun loving, energetic little boys. They are 4 and 1 1/2 years old. I enjoy spending time with them. We are often at the Columbia Driving range hitting golf balls, yes even the little one. They love being outdoors and playing sports, so you can imagine where I spend my free time.

Outside of work I enjoy attending sporting events, playing golf and doing activities with my kids. I've been married since 1996 and have 4 beautiful kids. We have 2 pets, a miniature dachshund named Weenie, and a cat name Kortana. My favorite thing about working for America's Best is solving peoples heating and/or cooling problems. Our favorite place to travel is Las Vegas and the Oregon coast.

I like to travel to Eastern Washington and the Oregon coast. My hobbies include 4x4ing and fishing. I am not married but I do have a dog, her name is Sasha and she is a chow. The thing I like best about this job is my professional and dependable co workers and our extensive training program.

I like to play basketball. You might have seen me running up and down the court asking yourself, "Who is that really fast guy". Well that's me. I also like to watch any kind of sports on TV when I am not spending time with my new baby boy and beautiful wife. The thing I like most about America's Best is getting the job done fast and having our customers happy with the work we do. When I am not working I love to travel. I have been to Asia and I love Hong Kong and South Korea.

I like to hit the green and golf when the weather allows me to. I also enjoy cooking anything, anytime, anywhere. When I am not at work, I enjoy frisbee golfing with my friends on the weekends and spending time with my daughter who loves Austin Powers. I love spending every minute with her. I have a cat named Sammy who looks like a big puff ball. The thing I like most about working at America's Best is making a customer happy by completing jobs in a clean, safe and timely manner. My favorite place to travel to would have to be Europe, then Asia.

When I'm not working my favorite thing to do is play the guitar. I also enjoy going to the mountains on my days off. One of the things I like best is working in a professional atmosphere with technicians that take the time to understand our customers needs.

Hi, I'm Jan Eide and I am in charge of both the Accounting Dept and the Office Staff. As the accounting lead I enjoy knowing that I can count on my boss and tech leads to do what they say they'll do and follow up concerns as soon as possible. Work is easy (and fun) when integrity is a given. Helping a customer get the comfort they need for their homes at a great price is a nice feeling and I am glad to be a part of this.
Outside of work (does such a thing exist?) I love to golf (ok, I'm a hacker but my best was a 95 at Legion), knit and teach kids. I participate in the Boards of a couple of non-profit organizations as well. I married Dan 31 yrs ago and have enjoyed every minute of it - even the hard times. We have one son who is 30 and for the last 5 yrs also a daughter, we got her the easy way when our son married her (no teen age tears and all that stuff). As the wife of a pastor I spend a lot of my volunteer time teaching classes, organizing events and public speaking. I love to follow my heart and encourage people to live victoriously.
I've traveled a bit over the last 20 years and my favorite places are Chengdu in central China (they had a massive earthquake last May '08 and are still recovering, beautiful countryside there!) and Palm Springs, CA - I love the dry desert air and the beautiful desert mountains and OK the golf is fantastic there!

I am happily married with a cat at home named Ki. She is 1 1/2 years old and loves chasing string and running around our condo. I did folk dancing for 14 years and I played volleyball when I was in high school. I love the outdoors and taking walks on the beach just like any other girl. I am the youth pastor at my church and love to hang out with crazy, fun loving teenagers. I love to travel anywhere warm with white sandy beaches. My favorite thing about working for America's Best is the great staff and family we have built here.
